Kayak Point County Park
Go glamping year round in style and comfort in a yurt at Kayak Point County Park, a spectacular salt water beach park located along the shores of picturesque Port Susan, Washington.
The yurt village at Kayak Point Park is located on a bluff above Port Susan and is adjacent to the campground. All 10 yurts are 16′ in diameter and can accommodate up to five glampers. Yurt #7 has a wrap-around deck and Yurt #10 is located just outside the village in a hook-up campsite which can accommodate eight additional visitors in up to two tents or one RV. The village features lighted walkways, a large group picnic shelter and a heated restroom with showers.
Each yurt comes furnished with a bunk bed, futon and coffee table. All yurts have electrical outlets, skylights, wood floors, interior lighting, windows with screens, lockable doors and outside decks. There is a picnic table and firepit outside each yurt.
If you don’t want to cook over the campfire, the Kayak Point Golf Course Restaurant is just a few minutes away. Other activities include fishing, crabbing, windsurfing, picnicking, hiking, biking, swimming, a playground and a boat launch.
